CABERNET SAUVIGNON

CHARDONNAY
Our Pepperwood Grove Chardonnay is rich and refreshing, delivering vibrant aromas of apple compote, fresh spearmint and warm baking spices. The avors in this Chardonnay prove to make it an instant favorite, citrus-infused green apple, poached pear with honey and a nice herbal quality.
Well-structured and well-balanced, this wine will pair well with shrimp cocktail, chicken salad sandwiches or a simple garden salad with garlic croutons.
MERLOT
Our Pepperwood Grove Merlot has bold aromas of plum and black olive featuring notes of vanilla. Rich avors of red currant with subtle nuances of spearmint intermingle on the palate and reveal a nish of graham cracker. Due to Merlot’s herbal notes it is the perfect pairing to lamb.
Great food pairings include a simple Margherita pizza or spaghetti with meatballs.
